Well, with 2 weeks left to D-day (deliver day), the nursery is close enough to done! I would still like to hang some shelves on the wall, but we can do that later. As some of you probably know, Mar has been working VERY hard with her VERY tempermental sewing machine for me and baby. She re-covered the cushions for the glider that was so graciously given to me by one of Rachel's congregants, she made the window valences, the crib skirt, a boppy cover, and many burp cloths! Her sewing machine was extremely uncooperative, making all of these projects 10 times harder than they needed to be, but boy was she patient and boy do we appreciate it!!! :)
I can't wait to spend time with our little one in this cute and cheerful room :) Getting excited!!!!! Enjoy the pictures below!

This is the awesome diaper bag from Rachel, Lauren, Lindsay and Mom! Rachel took me to a great store called 1154 Lill in Boston where you can design your own bag. They have all kinds, from clutches, to purses, to totes and diaper bags! This is the one I designed :) |
